Getting To Paraiso Trail Head
Take a left at the Ohlone Trail junction, and the trail climbs steeply for a short distance before leveling out to a more gradual but steady hike until reaching the junctions with the Manzanita Trail and then the Crystyl Ranch Trail, which leads to the Ohlone-Crystyl Ranch Loop near the top of the ridge. Paraiso makes a sharp right down the ridge, quite steeply, to the Rancho Paraiso area.
The trail continues to a water tank by ascending a paved access road at the end of Ridgestone Ct. At the top, take a right down a dirt road that descends a slope to another tank. Another paved access road returns to Arbolado Dr., and the route continues straight through the neighborhood to Arbolado Park. Continue straight next to the homes to reach Valley Vista Rd, then turn right after the gate to access the trailhead parking.
As you enter the Paraiso Trail Head, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking scenery and lush greenery that sets the stage for an unforgettable adventure. The trail winds through a serene landscape, providing ample opportunities for your furry friend to explore, sniff, and wag their tail with excitement.
